Models ERC10 and ERC11 fire-rated counter doors

Both models have a UL fire-rating up to three hours and feature an AlarmGard in-tube motor that activates to close the door when an alarm signals or during an extended period of power loss (and resets to open when the alarm clears or power resumes). Model ERC11 further mitigates smoke migration with an integrated S-labeled SmokeShield gasketing system. Available through the Cornell and Cookson brands, the counter doors are offered in sizes up to 16-feet wide and 10-feet high with a 120-sf maximum.

YORK YK-CP Centrifugal Chiller

The YORK YK-CP Centrifugal Chiller is designed to deliver high-efficiency performance, meet stringent sustainability standards, and aid in the decarbonization of large commercial buildings. An evolution of the YK-EP centrifugal chiller, the YK-CP offers efficiencies as low as 0.15 kW/ton, which it achieves in part due to its high-efficiency economizer and heat exchangers. Designed with modularity in mind, many different sizes of shell sets are available, it can be equipped with different heat exchanger lengths, and the chiller can be ordered to address the exact capacity required. An optional variable-speed drive can be added, which may result in operation up to 30% more energy-efficient than conventional chillers.
