ASSA ABLOY digital access security solution

As a next step in strengthening security monitoring ASSA ABLOY has worked with Boston Dynamics on a digital access solution that allows Spot security patrol robots to unlock and open accessed-controlled automated doors autonomously. While the Spot robots were already equipped with a PTZ industrial video camera, thermal and audio sensor payloads, the collaboration adds embedded digital access credentials that communicate via Bluetooth with Signo readers from HID, allowing the robots to pass through compatible automated doors to patrol the exterior of facilities or to transit interior secured openings.  

 



Revolution 54 Plus demountable glass wall partition system

To help with managing interior floor tolerances, the Revolution 54 Plus demountable glass wall partition system debuts an adjustable base detail that, when paired with the deflection head and abutment system, adds up to ½ inch of extra adjustability. Ideal for both new construction and office retrofits, the upgraded system features a 2 ½-inch overall profile, which is only slightly larger than the existing 1- or 2-inch profiles but with greater flexibility within the base. Rockcycle take-back program
