OSHA reduces fines in Cincinnati casino collapse

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has reduced the number of violations from four to two against four firms it cited earlier this month in the collapse of a casino under construction in Cincinnati. The firms will pay half of the original proposed fines that had been set at $76,300.
