Changchun CR Center, mixed-use complex spread across an eight-acre parcel in Changchun China, will comprise multiple towers that include office space, high-end residential units, and fully furnished serviced apartments. Goettsch partners is designing the main tower while Lead8 is designing the center’s retail and entertainment center.

The development’s tallest tower is a 980-foot skyscraper that will feature a 66th-floor observation deck in its illuminated crown that overlooks the adjacent Mudan Yuan park and lake. CR Land will occupy a 63-story, 1.5-million-sf office tower that includes direct connection to the subway.

At the main tower’s base is the MixC RDE Center, Lead8’s concept for China’s popular MixC brand. The retail and entertainment complex features an integrated retail street with luxury brand stores, pop-up exhibitions, and fine-dining functions year-round. A glass façade establishes a visual connection with the street to enhance the MixC RDE Center’s impact on Changchun’s surrounding urban life.

The Changchun CR Center is slated to open in 2021. It is the third major collaboration for Goettsch Partners, Lead8, and developer China Resources Land.
