FDH Engineering, Inc., a multi-discipline consulting firm, has expanded its services with the strategic acquisition of St. Louis-based energy efficiency consulting firm Energy Solutions Inc. (ESI).
All ESI employees have been merged into FDH’s staff at its St. Louis office.
Additionally, FDH offers a broad array of services to the construction industry, including construction management, sustainable engineering and LEED consulting services. The acquisition of ESI increases the St. Louis office staff to 25 employees. FDH has offices in St. Louis, Raleigh, N.C. and Baton Rouge, La. BD+C
