Atari has announced it has partnered with GSD Group, an innovation and strategy agency led by Shelly Murphy and partner Napoleon Smith III, to create a series of hotels across the United States that combine the Atari brand with a one-of-a-kind video game-themed destination.
The hotels will include fully immersive experiences that include the latest in VR and AR. Select hotels will feature venues and studios to accommodate eSports events. The goal for Atari Hotels is to combine the origins of gaming and the future of the industry into a fun and unique travel destination.
