Interior Investments, distinguished as a top performing Certified MillerKnoll furniture distributor, manages multiple locations throughout the Midwest. Founded in 1994 by Donald Shannon and Michael Greenberg, the company has grown to become one of the most efficient and reliable contract office furniture dealerships in the United States with annual sales of over $150 million. 

PARIC Holdings operates as one of the largest privately held family businesses in multiple industry sectors, generating over $800 million in annual revenue across several construction-related industries including general construction, interior construction, electrical co-ops construction, agriculture construction, procurement services, and more. Construction recently kicked off for Oxbow, a multifamily community in Charlotte’s The Mill District. The $97.8 million project, consisting of 389 rental units and 14,300 sf of commercial space, sits on 4.3 acres that formerly housed four commercial buildings. The street-level retail is designed for boutiques, coffee shops, and other neighborhood services.
