Soto is recognized worldwide for his planning and design expertise in complex corporate, higher education, hospitality and healthcare facilities throughout the United States and abroad. His clients have included Baylor College of Medicine, Methodist Sugarland and Willowbrook Hospitals, Sysco Foods, Capital One, Hines, Trammell Crow, Transwestern and USAA. Report: Building codes and regulations impede progress toward uber-green buildings
