International engineering and professional services firm WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff is establishing a Los Angeles office, its 18th office in the United States.

The new office will specialize in building enclosure engineering, which includes curtain wall design, waterproofing, roofing, building cladding, and forensic engineering.

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff already has a presence in the city, as it has recently worked on the Edition Hotel on Sunset Boulevard and the 1.3 million-sf Metropolis mixed-use development.

Dan Delisle, an associate with the building enclosures group, will be based in the new office. Delisle has more than 17 years of experience as a building enclosure consultant and is also the author of technical papers, presentations, and a guide book for the civil professional engineering (P.E.) exam.
