Award-winning Central Station Memphis hotel reconstruction project
Central Station Memphis is a new hotel formed from the bones of the historic train station in the Home of the Blues. BD+C's Rob Cassidy chats with the developer, McLean Wilson; the design firms, LRK and Bounds & Gillespie Architects; and the general contractor, Robins & Morton, about the reconstruction, which won Bronze honors in Building Design+Construction's 37th Annual "Reconstruction Awards" in 2020.
