BD+C's Group Director Tony Mancini runs down the highlights from this week's show.

SEGMENT #1

Sensors for real-time monitoring of concrete construction
Conor Evans, Project Executive with Wohlsen Construction, talks with BD+C's David Barista about his firm's pilot-testing of wireless concrete sensing technology on a senior living facility in Franklin Lakes, N.J. The tiny sensors were embedded in each of the project's 12-inch pours to provide real-time monitoring and data collection of the facility's superstructure. The technology, by UK-based Converge, can provide more accurate and timely readings on concrete strength.

SEGMENT #2
