Valspar to Introduce Fluropon Pure at Greenbuild International

 

MINNEAPOLIS – November 11, 2015 – As standards and expectations in green building and design evolve, so must products in the architectural industry. Valspar will be showcasing its leadership in sustainability at this year’s Greenbuild International Conference & Expo. Greenbuild focuses on innovation, thoughtfulness and sustainability in the building industry. In addition to the exhibitors and educational opportunities, each year the conference features a unique, sustainable installation. The installation—part of Building Design+Construction’s (BD+C) GreenZone—finds a permanent home within a community following the conclusion of the show. 

 

Valspar is partnering with Building Design+Construction on this year’s installation, The Parks & People Foundation Green Workforce Development Center, which will eventually live in Druid Hill Park in Baltimore, MD. The Center features wall and roof panels adorned in Valspar’sFluropon SR coating in Light Silver Metallic and will serve as a space for community activities, training programs and workshops put on by the People & Parks Foundation.
