Firm will spearhead strategies for transforming existing in-patient hospital into state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility.

Tsoi/Kobus & Associates (TK&A) has been selected to provide comprehensive master planning services to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, with a specific focus on feasibility studies to repurpose an existing inpatient facility on the St. Paul University Hospital site.

The project is one of four healthcare commissions recently announced by TK&A, including the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit and University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Centers in Ann Arbor, Mich., and the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital. BD+C
