200 Park is the first project in California to use the SpeedCore hybrid core system. The new 19-story building, built by Level 10 Construction, has four levels of underground parking, a lobby, three levels of stacker parking (convertible to future office space), and 15 levels of Class A flexible workspace on large (average 54,000 sf) floorplates.
