TOLK now called Dewberry

TOLK now called Dewberry

The renaming indicates a simplification in Dewberry’s corporate naming conventions.

This article first appeared in the August 2012 issue of BD+C.

Dewberry, a nationwide professional services company, announces the renaming of its TOLK division to Dewberry. For over 25 years, Dewberry’s mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) division in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area has been known as TOLK.

The renaming indicates a simplification in Dewberry’s corporate naming conventions, to be in line with its recognized trademark.

The renaming does not accompany organizational or leadership change. Dewberry’s MEP professionals in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area will continue to operate out of their currently established office in Fairfax.

This renaming of TOLK to Dewberry does reflect a full integration of TOLK’s MEP expertise into Dewberry’s capabilities, to include security technology, audio-visual, voice/data, structural, civil, and dry utility design. +
