TLC Engineering for Architecture has expanded into southeastern Tennessee with the opening of a new office in Chattanooga. The office, under the direction of Stephan H. Kemp, PE, CxA, is TLC’s 11th location and second in Tennessee. Opening the office is a commitment to local architectural and healthcare design clients, along with focusing on the growing Chattanooga area for engineering and building commissioning opportunities of commercial office, government, education, justice and energy-related building renovations.
TLC Engineering for Architecture provides mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, fire protection, communication, technology, LEED, commissioning and energy auditing services.
In addition to Chattanooga and Nashville, the Orlando –based TLC has offices in Tallahassee, Ft. Myers, Cocoa Beach, Deerfield Beach, Miami, Tampa and Jacksonville, Florida and Dallas, Texas. BD+C
