Suffolk Construction recently joined state and local officials to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Victor, a 12-story, 377,000 sf residential tower consisting of 286 new apartments. Located at 95 Haverhill Street, at the northern end of the Rose F. Building amenities will include two rooftop lounges, a 3,000 square-foot health club with a sports court and gaming lounge, and a residential lobby and lounge. It will also feature a variety of floor plans for residents, and be built according to LEED Silver standards.
