Studio Gang’s 11 Hoyt brings over 480 apartments and 50,000-sf of amenity space to NYC

The tower is Tishman Speyer’s first ground up condominium project in New York City.

On April 9, developer Tishman Speyer revealed the first rendering and details about 11 Hoyt, its new luxury residential tower that will feature over 480 apartments and 50,000 sf of indoor and outdoor amenity space.

The 51-story Brooklyn tower, which is being designed by Chicago-based Studio Gang, will be Tishman Speyer’s first ground up condominium project in New York City. It will also be Studio Gang’s first residential project in New York City. 11 Hoyt will offer a broad unit mix and will feature over 190 different floorplans. Units will be priced from the $600,000s to over $4,000,000.

Michaelis Boyd Associates is the interior architect for the project and Hollander Design Landscape Architects is the Landscape Architect. The tower will launch sales in summer 2018.
