Stalco Construction, Inc., a New York City and Islandia, NY-based general contracting and construction management firm, promoted Scott Pavick to chief estimator. He previously served as senior estimator.

Following the promotion, Pavick manages the estimating department and is responsible for developing cost estimates and budgets, value engineering, and subcontractor bid evaluation and negotiations. He also heads Stalco’s pre-engineered design/build division, Stalco International Group, which develops pre-engineered structures in collaboration with Varco Pruden Buildings.

Stalco is currently ranked as the 75th largest contractor in the nation by Building Design & Construction magazine.  ENR New York magazine ranks Stalco as the 22nd largest contractor in the NY/NJ/CT Tri-state area.  The value of the firm’s currently on-going projects totals approximately $120 million. +
