Skanska creates development executive position

Skanska USA Building Inc. recently announced that Jessie Brewer, formerly Skanska’s co-chief operating officer in the Florida/Carolinas region, has been appointed to the newly-created position of chief development officer.

In his new role, Brewer will be responsible for leading company-wide sales and business development organization. Reporting directly to Skanska U.S. CEO Ron Oakley, Brewer will work closely with senior management to create, develop and implement sales strategies.

Brewer will continue to be based in Charlotte.Paul Anderson, based in Atlanta, has been appointed to Brewer’s previous position of co-COO.
