Executives at Simpson Gumpertz and Heger Inc.—a Boston-area national engineering firm—announced the acquisition of Capobianco Consulting Eng. LLC—a consulting engineering firm in Waltham, Mass.
Through the acquisition, company officials expect to expand national parking structure design and rehabilitation services throughout the country.
