Brooklyn is about to have a 70-story building–towering well over any other existing developments in downtown Brooklyn, according to New York Yimby.
The project’s developer, JDS Development, recently received the permit to build at 340 Flatbush Ave. Architectural firm SHoP, designer of the Barclays Center, is on board as the project’s architect.
With a total of 554,530 sf, about a fifth of the development will be used for commercial purposes, while the remaining space will be split between 495 residences.
