The City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, Utah recently held a grand opening where Sachse Construction, a Birmingham, Mich.-based commercial construction company, handled tenant coordination activities and landlord construction.
Sachse was hired to complete store build-outs at City Creek Center.
The City Creek Center is a $1.5 billion mixed-use development in downtown Salt Lake City. The center will have more than 760,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, an 11-kitchen food court, 12,000-sf Deseret Book store, 1.2 million sf of office space, 700 residential units, newly renovated 510-room Marriott Hotel and 50,000-sf Harmon’s Gourmet Grocery.
