Morgan / Harbour Construction announced that 27-year industry veteran, Steven Rogers, has joined the design/build contractor as senior project manager.

As a member of Morgan / Harbourā€™s growing construction team, he will be responsible for coordinating and supervising project design, permitting, scope and scheduling for the firmā€™s projects.

He will also manage the construction process and daily activities as well as act as the interface between the subcontractors, owners, municipalities and regulatory agencies. BD+C
