Morgan / Harbour Construction announced that 27-year industry veteran, Steven Rogers, has joined the design/build contractor as senior project manager.
As a member of Morgan / Harbourās growing construction team, he will be responsible for coordinating and supervising project design, permitting, scope and scheduling for the firmās projects.
He will also manage the construction process and daily activities as well as act as the interface between the subcontractors, owners, municipalities and regulatory agencies. BD+C
