Designs by Margulies Perruzzi Architects, Boston, also included relocation of the facility’s wellness and rehabilitation clinic, expansion and remodel of the kitchen, and upgrades to the dining room, lobby, activity and day rooms, and support spaces. The facility’s large terrace also was spruced up. Landscape and clinical design services were provided by Levi + Wong Design Associates, Concord, Mass.
