CB Richard Ellis, with more than 17 000 employees operating out of 300 offices in 50 countries worldwide takes the No.1 spot in ResearchWorldwide.com's "Ranking the Top 10 Global Real Estate Service Providers".

Jones Lang LaSalle, which has 9 600 employees involved in real estate services as well as a further 9 700 directly reimbursable property maintenance employees, comes in fourth place, as the focus of the rankings is on employees providing real estate professional related services.
Colliers, with 9 141 employees comes in fifth, followed by DTZ, Binswanger, Oncor International, Coldwell Banker Commercial, with NAI Global in tenth place.
The top five global real estate service providers have, on average, 50 employees per office. All the top 10 ranked companies provide the complete range of commercial real estate services required to service global and local clients.
