The facility includes a 200-seat recital hall, rehearsal hall, music labs, studio rooms, and administration offices. The team of Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Jacksonville, Fla., and Pfeiffer Associates, Los Angeles, designed the project to earn LEED Silver.
