To help support Breast Cancer patient education, research and care while recognizing October as “National Breast Cancer Awareness Month,” Bulbrite has donated pink light bulbs to The Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Thrift Shop.
Based in Manhattan’s east side in New York City, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is one of the world’s premiere cancer centers. Bulbrite is a manufacturer and supplier of energy-efficient light source solutions and an educational resource for lamping technology.
For every Bulbrite Pink Light Bulb that is purchased through the Cancer Center Thrift Shop, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to help support breast cancer research, education, screening, and treatment. BD+C

The George W. Bush Presidential Center announced today it has earned Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program. The Bush Center is the first presidential library to achieve LEED Platinum certification under New Construction.
