Sweden-based contractor Skanska AB has consolidated its U.S. companies into one national firm, which will operate solely under Skanska USA Building Inc., Parsippany, N.J. The move joins the following companies: Beers Skanska, Barclay White Skanska, Barney Skanska, Baugh Skanska, Beacon Skanska, Etkin Skanska, and Sordoni Skanska.
Koll Construction, based in Newport Beach, Calif., was sold to company president Donald W. Dreusike and senior vice president Terry Lysek. Under its new name, ARRIS Builders, the firm will continue to focus on work on the West Coast.
Cole+Russell Architects Inc., a Cincinnati-based, 70-person design and planning firm, has merged with ArchitectureOne, a four-person design studio based in Mariemont, Ohio. ArchitectureOne president David Arends will serve as executive vice president and director of operations.
Hratch Kouyoumdjian and Associates and KPa Consulting Engineers have merged to form KPA Group, Oakland, Calif., an integrated structural engineering and architectural firm.
Design-builder The Korte Co., St. Louis, has opened an office in Las Vegas.
KKE Architects Inc., Minneapolis, has opened a Newport Beach, Calif., office.
Little & Associates Architects, Charlotte, N.C., has changed its name to Little Diversified Architectural Consulting.

Dennis N. Watts was named president and CEO of contractor Dick Corp.
Graycor Intl., Homewood, Ill., has named John Moneki vice president of operations of its Monterrey, Mexico, office.
Michael Polsinelli has been named president and CEO of Talon Development Group Inc., Bloomfield Hills, Mich. Polsinelli will lead the company's land acquisition efforts for the development of mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial and technology parks.
Elmon Henry has joined Atlanta-based contractor The Flagler Co. as executive vice president.
