PCI Skanska, a division of Skanska USA that provides integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. The company, which was founded in Evansville, Ind., is regarded for its wealth of expertise in core engineering disciplines including civil, structure, mechanical, and electrical.

Since its creation, PCI Skanska has provided EPC services to clients for more than 40 years. For example, PCI Skanska performed a controls update for The Kentucky Utilities Ghent Generating Station (KU), a project with generating units that complied with the most stringent federal and state air, water, and wastewater regulations, which was honored as Emerson’s “Power Plant Project of the Year” in 2010.

PCI Skanska was also honored this past year with Emerson’s “Innovation Project of the Year” award for work performed at Indianapolis Power & Light’s Petersburg Station. +
