Clayco has recently completed construction on One Hundred Above the Park, a new 385-foot-tall, 518,000-sf residential tower overlooking St. Louisās Forest Park.
The 36-story, 316-unit tower features a scalloped facade and leaf-shaped floor plates. One floor was completed per week through the use of a specialized concrete mixture that cures faster than traditional materials. The curtain-wall glass on an upper floor was installed simultaneously with metal panel walls on the floors below.
Amenities include a pool deck, a fitness center, common areas, retail space, and six floors of parking. The angled glass facade improves energy efficiency and each apartment features a corner living room with double exposures.
The Studio Gang-designed project is owned and developed by Mac Properties.
