Sydney Hall Student Apartments

The Sydney Hall Student Apartments combines 125 student residences with 15,000 sf of retail space in the University of Minnesota’s historic Dinkytown neighborhood, in Minneapolis. Two below-ground parking levels serve residents and shoppers alike. Local design firm ESG Architects erected the frame of the building atop a concrete podium and connected it to the university’s landmark Dinkydome, which now also houses apartments and retail space.
