The Sydney Hall Student Apartments combines 125 student residences with 15,000 sf of retail space in the University of Minnesota’s historic Dinkytown neighborhood, in Minneapolis. Two below-ground parking levels serve residents and shoppers alike. Local design firm ESG Architects erected the frame of the building atop a concrete podium and connected it to the university’s landmark Dinkydome, which now also houses apartments and retail space.
