Jumeirah Group, a hotel group forming a part of investment group Dubai Holding, has chosen Zaha Hadid and Norman Foster to design two of three of its proposed resorts in Nanjing, Wuhan, and Haikou.

Zaha Hadid will be responsible for the hotel in Nanjing, Dezeen reports. The firm's design includes two curving towers accompanied by a third low-rise building. Including a conference center, a fitness suite, an indoor pool, and a ballroom, the complex is slated for completion in 2016.

Foster's design for the Wuhan resort is a mixed-use city-center development with a 200-room luxury hotel as a focal point. In addition, the development will include offices, shops, and apartments, all set to open in 2020.

The third complex, located in Haikou, will be designed by Denniston International, with a golf course designed by Tom Doak. The location has been described by Jumeirah Group as the "Hawaii of China."
