Anthology of Austin, a ground-up assisted living and memory care facility located across from The Domain in north Austin, has begun construction. The 128,000-sf facility will provide services and assistance to residents to ensure their safety and well-being.

The five-story building will feature 130 studio, one-, and two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a salon, multiple dining rooms, a high-end fitness center, a discovery room, a theater, a clubhouse, and a bar/bistro. The project will also feature two large courtyards with areas to enjoy the surrounding landscaping across the 2.2-acre site. The development is located minutes from some of Austin’s best restaurants and shopping.

In addition to OZ Architecture as the architect, the build team also includes Cadence McShane Construction as the general contractor and Anthology Senior Living as the project owner. Anthology of Austin is slated for completion in spring 2023.
