M+W Group acquires LifeTek Solutions in America

 

Acquisition intended to strengthen M+W's technological and process expertise in the Life Sciences industry.

The global engineering and construction company M+W Group has announced 
that their operations in the Americas have acquired 100% ownership of LifeTek 
Solutions, Inc. With this acquisition, M+W Americas also obtains LifeTek’s 
25% share in the exclusive SmartFit Modular BioSuites and FillSuites.
 
LifeTek’s team of industry recognized experts specialize in developing technically 
driven projects in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology communities. Adept in the 
design of equipment and arrangements for these projects, the LifeTek team has the 
operating, maintenance, design, construction, and qualification background that 
founds a thorough understanding of how best to compose a manufacturing process 
and ensure their customers success. Their exclusive SmartFit modular BioSuites 
and FillSuites cut delivery time in half while providing proven field-tested 
performance.
