The 21-story building comprises 285 residential apartment units, a large open-air activity patio with dining and lounge seating, a residence lounge that opens up to a patio, flexible workspaces, a precision fitness center, and a sky lounge, rooftop pool, and jacuzzi. The sky lounge features fire pits, a sports bar with TVs, multiple BBQs, and a kegerator.

One Museum Square provides residents with quick access to social and business hotspots including La Brea, Fairfax, Melrose and Century City. MVE worked with SCA Engineers, NA & Associates, Inc., Limbach Engineer and Donald F. Dickerson Associates to complete the project.
