The 285 units are split between studio, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging from 495 to 1,300 sf complete with private glass balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and city, mountain, or ocean views. Apartments will include quartz countertops, Kohler bathroom and kitchen fixtures, oversized soaking tubs, Bosch washers and dryers, custom closets, and extra storage.
One Museum Square provides residents with quick access to social and business hotspots including La Brea, Fairfax, Melrose and Century City. MVE worked with SCA Engineers, NA & Associates, Inc., Limbach Engineer and Donald F. Dickerson Associates to complete the project.
