Intercontinental|Exchange, a Chicago-based financial firm, hired design/engineering firm Epstein to create a new 31st-floor headquarters. The modern space takes full advantage of views of the Windy City, placing private offices, with floor-to-ceiling glass fronts, toward the building’s interior to avoid obstructing views, and specifying low-profile office furnishings to avoid obstructions.
