McShane Construction begins work on Gilbert, Ariz., multifamily development

In response to the surge in population growth in the Greater Phoenix Area, a new multifamily development is now under construction in Gilbert, Ariz.

Springs at Cooley Station will feature 276 apartment units spread across 14 acres and 10 garden-style buildings. The wood-frame buildings will rise two and three stories and feature a stucco and brick exterior.

Interiors will include high-end finishes such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool. The development will also include 490 parking spaces.

The build team includes Phillips Partnership as the architect of record and McShane Construction as the general contractor. The project is slated for completion in early 2022.
