Gilbane, Inc. announced the election of Frank MacInnis to its board of directors.

MacInnis is the chairman and recently retired CEO of Connecticut-based EMCOR Group, Inc. He also serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of The Williams Companies, and is chairman at ITT Corporation, where he served as lead director for three years. BD+C
