Located adjacent to New York City’s High Line Park, 500 West 23rd Street will offer 111 luxury rental apartments when it opens later this year. The 12-story building was designed by Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects, New York, with a minimalist exterior that uses translucent high-efficiency glazing set within an ornamental cast-in-place concrete structure. Units will range from studios up to 3BRs. Tenants will have access to three common roof gardens and to the Highline itself. Equity Residential is developing the LEED Silver-seeking project.
