Broadstone Queen City, a new luxury multifamily development at the front door of Charlotte’s sought-after South End neighborhood, has opened to its first residents.
The development includes 260 luxury studio, one-, and two-bedroom units. Each unit features open floorpans, electric locks, wood-plank style flooring, quartz countertops, GE appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Amenity spaces include a glass-edged, elevated resort-style saltwater pool; a rooftop observatory with a bar and lounge; a solarium with a full catering kitchen and billiards; an onsite coffee shop; and a courtyard with a grilling station, games, and fire pits. Additional amenities include bike storage with a repair shop, private office spaces, a fitness center, and a pet spa and pet run.
The project is located near the Charlotte Beer Garden, Bank of America Stadium, Whole Foods, and Light Rail. Sustainably designed and built, Broadstone Queen City received the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Green Certification in recognition of high performance in six key areas: site design, resource efficiency, water efficiency, energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and building operation and maintenance.
