A high-rise, 200-unit Los Angeles apartment complex is the first in the U.S. to achieve WELL Multifamily Residential Certification under the WELL Building Standard.
Hollywood Proper Residences feature a suite of innovative filtration media that create performance-verified indoor air quality and performance-verified water quality. Other healthful amenities include an extensive onsite fitness center, extensive daylight access, and an augmented green cleaning program.
The WELL Certification provides for monitoring and measuring health and wellness of the future residents of the building. The new property was completed in June 2016 as part of the Columbia Square project in Hollywood.
