How time flies. Not many realize that modular construction is older than a century.

Earth Techling chronicles the journey modular construction has made, starting from the first designs built by British carpenter Henry Manning for construction in Australia (one such building still exists today in Adelaide, Australia), to todayā€™s green focus on promoting modular construction as a more efficient method that leaves less of a carbon footprint.
