KTGY Group, Inc., Architecture + Planning, announced that the first of eight 3-story buildings at the Arista Uptown Apartments in Broomfield, Colo., has been completed.

Designed by KTGY and developed Smith/Jones Partners LLC, a Denver-based apartment development and investment company, Arista Uptown Apartments is a transit-oriented apartment community designed to fit into the pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use nature of the Arista neighborhood.

Located on 6.68 acres, Arista Uptown Apartments offers residents a blend of urban living centered on a vibrant mixed-use, entertainment-anchored lifestyle with convenient access to public transit, walkable retail, a hotel, multiple parks, office and proximity to the Boulder Turnpike's employment centers. UT Dallas opens Morphosis-designed Crow Museum of Asian Art
