The Washington, D.C. office of architecture and design firm Perkins Eastman is pleased to announce that J. Scott Kilbourn AIA, LEED AP has joined as a Principal and Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s growing international practice.
Kilbourn joins with more than 28 years of design and planning experience for communities, buildings, and interiors in hospitality, retail/mixed-use, corporate office, and healthcare—most recently focusing on high-density, mixed-use developments. In his role as COO International, he will join the firm’s existing domestic and international management team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm’s international offices, staff, and overseas projects.
