JE Dunn Construction has completed two Medical Office Buildings (Medical Plaza 1 and 2) on the St. Anthony’s Medical Campus in Lakewood, Colo. Combined, the medical plaza buildings total approximately 197,000-sf.
Adjacent to St. Anthony’s full-service hospital and Level 1 trauma center, the buildings offer a variety of outpatient, health care and other medical services. Designed by Davis Partnership Architects, P.C., Medical Plaza 1 and 2 are four-story structures totaling 96,804-sf and 101,581-sf respectively.
JE Dunn’s scope also included 82,000-sf of tenant finish work. These built out tenant areas include: outpatient radiology and interventional nerve procedure space, a breast cancer center, pre-admission testing areas, a pharmacy, a cardiac rehabilitation suite, a surgical services suite, a radiation oncology suite and a senior health center.
