Integrated Project Delivery guide offered by Pankow Foundation

Researchers at the University of Washington have developed a guide titled Integrated Project Delivery: An Action Guide for Leaders.

Funded through a grant from the Charles Pankow Foundation, the document provides answers to questions that project teams have about implementing IPD. “Parties who are interested in not just learning about IPD but in actually doing it are hard pressed to find actionable information,” according to a news release from the Pankow Foundation.

The report answers questions such as “What have been proven to be effective tools and processes? When do we employ them? How do we best organize our team for success?”

The Guide can benefit industry stakeholders from every industry sector, with a special emphasis on owners.
