A new multi-court, 976,000-sf volleyball and basketball facility is set to begin construction in St. Louis’s Chesterfield Valley.

While 80% of the available court time will be used by the primary tenants of High Performance - STL, Stratman Sports, Missouri Phenom Basketball, and CNR Basketball, over 10,000 hours of additional court time will be available per year.
The architect for the project is mw Weber Architects. The general contractor is Keystone Construction Company. Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers is the civil engineer. The project is expected to attract an estimated 900,000 visitors each year. Construction is set to being in fall 2021 with a slated opening in September 2022.
